Sweco has recently announced it has acquired JHK architects in Utrecht. Stepstone Corporate Finance+ has assisted Chris de Jonge during this sale process in the disposal of his business.

JHK will continue to work together with its existing relations of advisors and clients as a separate business unit and under its own name.
