What is your company worth?
The value of a company depends on too many factors to capture in a single formula. We would be glad to sit down with you and, based on your figures and your story, provide a well-founded estimate.

The value of a company depends on too many factors to capture in a single formula. We would be glad to sit down with you and, based on your figures and your story, provide a well-founded estimate.
What we base our estimate on.
In the SME sector, multiples are often used: a multiple on profit or EBITDA, based on comparable companies. Quick as a guideline, but heavily dependent on your industry. Whichever method we use, the starting point remains the same: clean, normalised accounts that give a realistic picture of your operations.
We examine the recent annual accounts, balance sheet and profit and loss account, and look at forecasts of turnover and profit. In doing so, we map out the value held within the business and the ongoing contracts that make your turnover predictable. But we look at more than just your figures. Your brand, team, processes and ambitions are at least as important.

A number captures the past. A buyer pays for the future. That is why valuation is not only about measuring, but also about explaining why a company is worth its price.
Increases the value.
01
Size and Scale
Larger companies benefit from greater risk diversification and typically command higher multiples.
02
Expected revenue growth
Higher growth means higher future cash flows and therefore a higher value.
03
Strong market position
A leading position and clear development potential make your company more attractive.
Decreases the value.
04
Dependency on the owner
The more the business relies on you, the greater the risk for a buyer.
05
Customer concentration
Turnover that rests on a few customers depresses the valuation.
06
Supplier dependency
Limited alternatives on the purchasing side represent a risk that buyers price in.
