De Tandartsengroep (DTG) is one of the largest dental care providers in the country, operating 31 clinics and eight dental labs. The company offers a full range of dental services and has built a strong reputation for high-quality patient care. DTG’s network spans multiple regions, making it a key player in the fragmented Dutch dental market.
The acquisition of De Tandartsengroep marks a significant step in Oral Care AB’s expansion strategy, following its earlier acquisition of Tandartspraktijk Kennemerland. Together, the combined group will operate approximately 80 clinics across Northern Europe.
Stepstone Corporate Finance+ introduced the acquisition opportunity to Oral Care AB, further strengthening its track record in international buy-&-build strategies.
