Stepstone Corporate Finance+ congratulates Oral Care AB, a portfolio company of Axcel, on the acquisition of De Gebitskliniek.
Founded in 1989, Oral Care AB is a leading provider of dental care in Sweden, the Netherlands and Norway, operating multiple clinics as well as an extensive mobile dental service in Sweden.
De Gebitskliniek is an established dental practice offering a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, oral hygiene and specialised care. Thanks to its strong reputation for quality and patient satisfaction, the clinic is a valuable addition to Oral Care’s growing network.
The acquisition of De Gebitskliniek marks Oral Care’s third acquisition in the Netherlands, following earlier acquisitions of Tandartspraktijk Kennemerland and De Tandartsengroep. With this transaction, Oral Care further strengthens its position in the Netherlands and continues to pursue a strategy of sustainable growth through targeted acquisitions.
