With this acquisition, LPC further expands its geographical spread in the Netherlands as it aims to achieve national coverage.

Labour Power Company (LPC) is a group of companies specialised in the mediation of flex workers who usually stay in the Netherlands on a temporary basis. LPC currently mediates about 12,000 employees and is active in greenhouse horticulture, AGF, food industry, logistics and technical sectors.

In addition to Duijndam Uitzendgroep, LPC consists of: Eurodetach, Goodmorning, HOBIJ, Job Invest, Kobus Personeel & Organisatie and MY Flexwork. LPC is targeting € 300 million turnover for 2022 turnover, with ambitions to grow to € 500 million in a few years.

Duijndam Uitzendgroep is a renowned and regionally well-known professional, full-service employment agency. The company mediates in almost all sectors, function areas and levels across horticulture, logistics service providers, leading technical companies, governments, and construction and installation companies. The agency had annual turnover of €45 million in 2021. Duijndam also has an office network in Poland and Slovakia.

Duijndam will continue to operate independently, retaining its management team. Both parties are expected to benefit from their combined strength in a challenging market.

Cor Konings, CEO of LPC, is very pleased with the acquisition of Duijndam. “The acquisition of Duijndam fits exactly into our strategy. A beautiful and professionally managed company that has had a good reputation in the market for 25 years. Also in terms of working area it complements the other labels nicely. In short: a great deal for all stakeholders and hopefully not the last one in 2022!”
