The company offers a broad range of services such as general dentistry, oral hygiene, endodontology, orthodontics, and prosthetics. <\/p>\n<p>Stepstone Corporate Finance+ advised Oral Care on finding the right platform in the Netherlands. Stepstone has an excellent track record in international buy-&#038;-build processes. To find the right platform, first, the market was mapped to identify relevant players and successfully approach various shortlisted candidates. SCF is in discussions with multiple potential add-on candidates, who are enthusiastic about the distinguishing approach of Oral Care with its focus on quality, and not on quantity.   <\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of Kennemerland marks Oral Care&#8217;s entry into the Dutch dental clinic market. Oral Care aims to continue to grow through a buy-and-build strategy.
