Uden-based Bonnier Logopedisch Centrum<\/a> is a well-established speech therapy practice, specialised in the identification, examination, and treatment of problems related to speech, voice, and hearing. Operating across more than 22 locations, the company balances its care between children and adults, with a significant focus on adult care compared to its peers. <\/p>\n

Logopediegroep Nederland is an initiative by Fysiogroep Nederland<\/a>, which aims to build a nationwide network for integrated paramedical care. Since its first acquisition in 2023, Logopediegroep Nederland has pursued further growth through acquisitions. Bonnier Logopedisch centrum is its third acquisition. Marianne and Jacques Bonnier have reinvested part of their proceeds and assist in achieving their ambitious growth plans. <\/p>\n

During the transaction, Stepstone Corporate Finance+ supported Marianne and Jacques with the sale to Fysiogroep Nederland, while 9Corporate managed the legal aspects of the
